Brewing Tips
Bring fresh water (8oz cup) to about 190–200°F and add 1 teaspoon (2g) of tea leaves. Allow the leaves to steep for 3–4 minutes, watching as they gently unfurl to release layers of floral aroma and mellow, rounded flavor. Sip it plain to enjoy the natural complexity, or re-steep the same leaves for a softer, more delicate second cup.
