Refund policy

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of purchased items within 60 days of purchase date.
The returned items must be in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) to quality for a full refund.
‘Final sale’ items are not eligible for a return.

How do I initiate a return?

Start your return process by emailing us with your order number and email id (as in your purchase receipt) to info@moylings.com. In the email, please 
mention which items in the purchase are being returned and for what reason (this will help us to serve your better). Once your return is approved, we will email you the confirmation with a shipping label.

Refund processing

Once your return is received at our facility and condition of the items are verified, refunds will be issued within 2 weeks*
If there are any issues with your return package, the refund may be delayed.
Shipping fees, such as expedited shipping options, will not be refunded.
