Brewing Tips

For an authentic Darjeeling tea experience, start with cold, filtered water and bring it to a gentle boil (205–212°F). Measure one rounded teaspoon of loose tea per cup, and pour the hot water over the tea leaves. Allow it to steep for exactly 3 minutes to capture its delicate, floral essence.  

Once steeped, remove the leaves to preserve its crisp, refined character. Pour, savor, and let the timeless charm of this Nilgiri black tea transport you to the misty hills of the Indian Western Ghats.
